Govind Chouhan is an Indian film and theatre actor known for his powerful performances that bridge classical theatre craft and contemporary screen presence. With over eight years of experience across film, web, and stage, he has appeared in more than 15 films, several web series, music albums, and ad campaigns.
Trained under the Dramaturgy Theatre Group in Delhi and the Tamhankar Theatre Academy in Jaipur, Govind has honed skills in voice projection, character development, and stage movement. His theatre repertoire includes acclaimed plays such as Adhe Adhure, Khol Do, Sadgati, and Jisne Lahore Nahin Dekha Wo Jamya Nahi.

On screen, Govind has played diverse roles in projects like Zila Mahendragarh (lead actor, Chaupal App), Fouja (National Award-winning film), Halalpur, Pahiya, and Hariyana Kesari, working alongside renowned actors including Pavan Malhotra, Deepak Hooda, and Hariom Kaushik. He has also contributed behind the camera as an Art Director, Line Director, and Production Assistant on several productions.
Beyond acting, Govind has served as a theatre teacher, director of short films, anchor for The House of Talent Jaipur, and judge for theatre competitions at St. Xavier’s School, Behror.
A postgraduate in Arts from Raj Rishi Bhartrihari Matsya University, Govind continues to explore the evolving space between cinema and theatre — where storytelling meets authenticity.
